Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, mix the rolled oats, mashed banana, almond milk, maple syrup, cinnamon, and vanilla extract.
- Stir in the melted coconut oil and raisins if using.
- Pour the mixture into a greased baking dish.
