- 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 lime, juiced
- 1/4 cup chopped cilantro
- 1 tsp ground cumin
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 8 small corn tortillas
- 1 cup shredded lettuce
- 1/2 cup diced tomatoes
- 1/4 cup diced red onion
- 1/4 cup crumbled feta cheese
- 1 avocado, sliced
Instructions
- Cut chicken into thin strips.
- In a bowl, mix olive oil, lime juice, cilantro, cumin, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- Add chicken to the marinade and let sit for 10 minutes.
- Heat a skillet over medium-high heat.
- Cook chicken for 5-6 minutes until fully done.
- Warm tortillas in a dry pan or microwave.
- Assemble tacos with chicken, lettuce, tomatoes, red onion, feta, and avocado.
- Serve immediately.

- Marinate chicken longer for more flavor.
- Use flour tortillas if preferred.
- Add hot sauce for extra spice.
