Ingredients

  • 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 lime, juiced
  • 1/4 cup chopped cilantro
  • 1 tsp ground cumin
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 8 small corn tortillas
  • 1 cup shredded lettuce
  • 1/2 cup diced tomatoes
  • 1/4 cup diced red onion
  • 1/4 cup crumbled feta cheese
  • 1 avocado, sliced

Instructions

  1. Cut chicken into thin strips.
  2. In a bowl, mix olive oil, lime juice, cilantro, cumin, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  3. Add chicken to the marinade and let sit for 10 minutes.
  4. Heat a skillet over medium-high heat.
  5. Cook chicken for 5-6 minutes until fully done.
  6. Warm tortillas in a dry pan or microwave.
