- 1 cup unsalted butter
- 1 cup creamy peanut butter
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 4 cups powdered sugar
- 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
Instructions
- Line an 8×8-inch pan with parchment paper.
- Melt butter and peanut butter in a saucepan over low heat.
- Remove from heat and stir in vanilla.
- Gradually mix in powdered sugar until smooth.
- Press mixture into the prepared pan.
- Melt chocolate chips and spread over the fudge.
- Refrigerate for 2 hours before cutting into squares.
Notes
- Store in an airtight container in the fridge.
- Use natural peanut butter for a smoother texture.
- Add a pinch of salt if using unsalted peanut butter.
