Ingredients

  • 1 cup creamy peanut butter
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 4 cups powdered sugar
  • 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. Line an 8×8-inch pan with parchment paper.
  2. Melt butter and peanut butter in a saucepan over low heat.
  3. Remove from heat and stir in vanilla.
  4. Gradually mix in powdered sugar until smooth.
  5. Press mixture into the prepared pan.
  6. Melt chocolate chips and spread over the fudge.
  7. Refrigerate for 2 hours before cutting into squares.
