Instructions
- Whisk flour, cocoa, baking powder, and salt in a bowl.
- In another bowl, mix sugar, oil, eggs, and vanilla until smooth.
- Combine wet and dry ingredients, stirring until just mixed.
- Chill dough for 2 hours.
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Roll dough into 1-inch balls, then coat in powdered sugar.
- Place on a lined baking sheet 2 inches apart.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes.
