Ingredients

- 1 lb flank steak
- 1 cup fresh parsley
- 3 cloves garlic
- 2 tbsp red wine vinegar
- 1/2 cup olive oil
- 1/2 tsp red pepper flakes
- 1 lb green beans
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F.
- Blend parsley, garlic, vinegar, olive oil, and red pepper flakes to make chimichurri.
- Season steak with salt and pepper, then grill to desired doneness.
- Toss green beans with olive oil, salt, and pepper, then roast for 15 minutes.
- Slice steak and serve with chimichurri and roasted green beans.
Notes
- Let steak rest for 5 minutes before slicing.
- Chimichurri can be made ahead and refrigerated.
- Adjust red pepper flakes for desired spice level.
