Ingredients

  • 1 zucchini (diced)
  • 1 onion (finely chopped)
  • 2 cloves garlic (minced)

  • 2 cups vegetable broth

  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • Salt to taste

Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a pot over medium heat.
