Description

Chicken Souvlaki is a Greek dish featuring marinated chicken skewers, grilled to perfection and served with pita bread and fresh toppings.


Ingredients

  • 4 pita breads
  • 1 cup tzatziki sauce
  • 1 tomato, sliced
  • 1 red onion, sliced

Instructions

  1. Mix chicken, olive oil, garlic, oregano, paprika, lemon juice, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
  2. Cover and marinate for at least 1 hour.
  3. Thread chicken onto skewers.
