Description

A quick and flavorful chicken ramen stir fry that’s ready in 30 minutes. Perfect for a weeknight dinner.


Ingredients

  • 2 packs instant ramen noodles (seasoning discarded)
  • 1 lb boneless chicken breast, thinly sliced
  • 2 tbsp vegetable oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tbsp ginger, grated
  • 1 bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 carrot, julienned
  • 2 green onions, chopped
  • 3 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp oyster sauce
  • 1 tsp sesame oil
  • 1/2 tsp red pepper flakes (optional)

Instructions

  1. Cook ramen noodles according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. Heat vegetable oil in a large pan over medium-high heat.
  3. Add chicken and cook until no longer pink, about 5 minutes.
  4. Add garlic, ginger, bell pepper, and carrot. Stir-fry for 3 minutes.
  5. Add cooked noodles, soy sauce, oyster sauce, and sesame oil. Toss to combine.
  6. Cook for 2 more minutes until everything is well-coated.
  7. Garnish with green onions and red pepper flakes if desired.

Notes

  • Use pre-sliced vegetables to save time.
  • Adjust spice level with more or less red pepper flakes.
  • For extra crunch, add bean sprouts or cabbage.
