Ingredients

  • 8 ounces mushrooms, sliced
  • 1/2 cup Marsala wine
  • 1/2 cup chicken broth
  • 1 teaspoon fresh thyme

Instructions

  1. Pound the chicken breasts to an even thickness.
  2. Season the flour with salt and pepper.
  3. Dredge the chicken in the flour mixture.
  4. Heat olive oil and butter in a pan over medium heat.
  5. Cook the chicken until golden, then remove from the pan.
