Description
This quick and flavorful chicken Caesar wrap is made with grilled or rotisserie chicken, crisp romaine, Parmesan cheese, and creamy Caesar dressing all rolled into a soft flour tortilla.
Ingredients
3 cups chopped romaine lettuce
1 1/2 cups chopped cooked chicken, grilled, fried, or rotisserie
1/3 cup Caesar dressing
1/3 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
1/2 cup homemade croutons
Kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste
4 flour tortillas or wraps, 10-inch
Instructions
1. Warm tortillas slightly for easy folding
2. Layer romaine lettuce down the center of the tortilla
3. Top with chopped chicken and sprinkle with Parmesan
4. Drizzle Caesar dressing evenly over the filling
5. Add crushed croutons and season with salt and pepper
6. Fold sides and roll tightly into a wrap
7. Slice and serve immediately or wrap in foil to store
Notes
For best texture, assemble just before eating.
Use whole wheat or gluten-free tortillas if desired.
