Ingredients

- 1 boneless, skinless chicken breast
- 2 slices of bacon
- 1 slice of cheddar cheese
- 2 leaves of green leaf lettuce
- 2 slices of tomato
- 1 tbsp mayonnaise
- 1 multigrain bun
Instructions
- Grill the chicken breast until fully cooked, about 6-8 minutes per side.
- Cook the bacon until crispy, then drain on paper towels.
- Toast the multigrain bun lightly.
- Spread mayonnaise on the bottom bun.
- Layer lettuce, tomato, grilled chicken, cheese, and bacon on the bun.
- Close the sandwich and serve warm.

- Use a meat thermometer to check chicken reaches 165°F.
- Substitute turkey bacon for a lower-fat option.
