A healthy and easy-to-make chia pudding parfait layered with fresh fruits and nuts.
Ingredients

- 2 tbsp chia seeds
- 1 cup almond milk
- 1 tbsp honey or maple syrup
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup mixed fresh berries
- 1/4 cup granola
- 1 tbsp chopped nuts
Instructions
- Mix chia seeds, almond milk, honey, and vanilla in a bowl.
- Stir well and refrigerate overnight or for at least 4 hours.
- Layer the chia pudding with fresh berries and granola in a glass.
- Top with chopped nuts and serve chilled.
Notes
- Adjust sweetness by adding more or less honey.
- Substitute almond milk with any other milk of your choice.
- Add more toppings like coconut flakes or dark chocolate chips.
