Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a bowl, mix cooked rice, broccoli, cheddar cheese, milk, sour cream, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- Transfer mixture to a greased baking dish.
- Combine breadcrumbs with melted butter and sprinkle over the casserole.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes until topping is golden and crispy.
- Let cool for 5 minutes before serving.
