Instructions
- Preheat oven to 425°F.
- In a bowl, mix flour, baking powder, salt, and garlic powder.
- Cut in cold butter until mixture resembles coarse crumbs.
- Stir in cheddar cheese.
- Add milk and mix until dough forms.
- Scoop dough onto baking sheet.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes until golden.
- Mix melted butter, garlic powder, and parsley.
- Brush topping over warm biscuits.
- Serve immediately.
