Ingredients

  • 1 tsp honey or maple syrup
  • 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 1/4 tsp ground ginger
  • 1/4 tsp ground cardamom
  • 1/8 tsp ground cloves
  • 1/8 tsp ground nutmeg
  • Pinch of black pepper (optional)
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds (optional)

Instructions

  1. Mix oats, milk, water, and honey in a jar or bowl.
