Ingredients
6 fresh peaches, sliced
2 Tbsp lemon juice
1/4 cup pure maple syrup
1/2 tsp kosher salt
4 Tbsp unsalted butter
1 tsp pure vanilla extract
Instructions
1. Slice peaches in halves or thick wedges.
2. Melt butter in a large skillet over medium heat.
3. Add peaches cut-side down; cook for 3–4 minutes without stirring.
4. Drizzle in maple syrup, lemon juice, vanilla, and salt.
5. Continue cooking 3–5 minutes, spooning syrup over peaches.
6. Serve warm with your favorite toppings or dishes.
Notes
Use ripe but firm peaches for best texture.
Swap maple syrup with honey or brown sugar for variety.
Add cinnamon or bourbon for deeper flavor.
