Description
Caprese skewers are a simple and elegant appetizer featuring fresh mozzarella, cherry tomatoes, and basil.
Ingredients

- 1 pint cherry tomatoes
- 8 oz fresh mozzarella balls (bocconcini)
- 20 fresh basil leaves
- 2 tbsp balsamic glaze
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Wash and dry the cherry tomatoes.
- Drain the mozzarella balls and pat them dry.
- Thread one tomato, one basil leaf, and one mozzarella ball onto each skewer.
- Arrange skewers on a serving platter.
- Drizzle with olive oil and balsamic glaze.
- Season with salt and pepper.
- Serve immediately.

- Use toothpicks or small wooden skewers for easy serving.
- For best flavor, use fresh basil and high-quality mozzarella.
- If preparing ahead, assemble without oil and glaze, then add just before serving.
