Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Mix soup, milk, soy sauce, and pepper in a bowl.
- Stir in green beans.
- Pour into a 3-quart baking dish.
- Bake for 25 minutes.
- Top with onions and bake 5 more minutes.
