Description
A flavorful dish combining spicy Cajun shrimp with creamy cauliflower grits.
Ingredients

- 1 lb shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 2 tbsp Cajun seasoning
- 1 head cauliflower, grated
- 1 cup chicken or vegetable broth
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 2 tbsp butter
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Season shrimp with Cajun seasoning and set aside.
- Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat. Add shrimp and cook for 2-3 minutes per side. Remove and set aside.
- In the same pan, melt butter and sauté garlic until fragrant.
- Add grated cauliflower and broth. Cook for 5-7 minutes until softened.
- Stir in heavy cream and simmer until thickened.
- Season with salt and pepper.
- Serve shrimp over cauliflower grits and garnish with parsley.
Notes
- Adjust Cajun seasoning to taste.
- Use vegetable broth for a vegetarian version.
- Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 2 days.
