- 1 medium butternut squash, peeled and cubed
- 2 large apples, peeled and sliced
- 2 tbsp butter, melted
- 2 tbsp brown sugar
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp nutmeg
- 1/4 tsp salt
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Toss butternut squash and apples with melted butter.
- Mix brown sugar, cinnamon, nutmeg, and salt in a small bowl.
- Sprinkle spice mixture over squash and apples, toss to coat evenly.
- Spread in a greased baking dish.
- Bake for 35-40 minutes until squash is tender.
- Serve warm.
