- 1/2 cup almond milk
- 1 tsp cinnamon
Instructions
- Cook quinoa according to package instructions and let it cool slightly.
- Divide the cooked quinoa into two bowls.
- Top with almonds and mixed berries.
- Drizzle with honey or maple syrup.
- Pour almond milk over the bowl and sprinkle with cinnamon.
- Serve immediately.
