Description
A quick and nutritious breakfast bowl made with couscous, topped with fresh fruits and nuts.
Ingredients

- 1 cup couscous
- 1 1/4 cups boiling water
- 1 tbsp honey
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- 1/4 cup chopped almonds
- 1/4 cup dried cranberries
- 1 banana, sliced
- 1/2 cup yogurt
Instructions
- Place couscous in a bowl and pour boiling water over it.
- Cover and let sit for 5 minutes until water is absorbed.
- Fluff couscous with a fork and mix in honey and cinnamon.
- Top with almonds, cranberries, banana, and yogurt.
- Serve immediately.
Notes
- Use whole wheat couscous for extra fiber.
- Adjust sweetness by adding more or less honey.
- Substitute any nuts or fruits based on preference.
