Instructions
- Whisk eggs, milk, and vanilla extract in a bowl.
- Dip each bread slice into the egg mixture, coating both sides.
- Melt butter in a pan over medium heat.
- Cook the bread slices until golden brown, about 2-3 minutes per side.
- Top with mixed berries and whipped cream.
- Dust with powdered sugar if desired.
