A quick and flavorful beef stir fry with crisp snow peas.


Ingredients

  • 1 lb beef sirloin, thinly sliced
  • 2 cups snow peas, trimmed
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp oyster sauce
  • 1 tbsp cornstarch
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tbsp ginger, grated
  • 2 tbsp vegetable oil
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper

Instructions

  1. Mix beef with soy sauce, oyster sauce, cornstarch, and black pepper. Let marinate for 10 minutes.
  2. Heat oil in a pan over high heat. Add garlic and ginger, stir for 30 seconds.
  3. Add beef and cook until browned, about 3 minutes. Remove from pan.
  4. Stir-fry snow peas for 2 minutes until crisp-tender.
  5. Return beef to the pan, toss everything together. Serve hot.
