Description
A quick and flavorful beef stir fry with crisp snow peas.
Ingredients

- 1 lb beef sirloin, thinly sliced
- 2 cups snow peas, trimmed
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp oyster sauce
- 1 tbsp cornstarch
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp ginger, grated
- 2 tbsp vegetable oil
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
Instructions
- Mix beef with soy sauce, oyster sauce, cornstarch, and black pepper. Let marinate for 10 minutes.
- Heat oil in a pan over high heat. Add garlic and ginger, stir for 30 seconds.
- Add beef and cook until browned, about 3 minutes. Remove from pan.
- Stir-fry snow peas for 2 minutes until crisp-tender.
- Return beef to the pan, toss everything together. Serve hot.
Notes
- Slice beef thinly for quick cooking.
- Adjust soy sauce to taste.
- Serve with rice or noodles.
