Description

Ingredients

  • 1 lb flank steak, sliced thin
  • 4 cups broccoli florets
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce (low-sodium)
  • 1 tbsp sesame oil
  • 1 tbsp rice vinegar
  • 1 tsp ginger, grated
  • 1/2 tsp red pepper flakes
  • 1 tbsp erythritol (or low-carb sweetener)

Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
  2. Add beef and cook until browned, about 3-4 minutes. Remove from skillet.
  3. Add broccoli to the skillet and stir-fry for 3-4 minutes until tender-crisp.
  4. Add garlic and ginger, cook for 30 seconds until fragrant.
  5. Return beef to the skillet.
  6. Mix soy sauce, sesame oil, rice vinegar, erythritol, and red pepper flakes in a bowl.
  7. Pour sauce over beef and broccoli, stir to coat evenly.
  8. Cook for 1-2 minutes until heated through.
