A quick and easy beef and broccoli stir-fry with a low-carb sauce. Perfect for a healthy weeknight meal.
Ingredients

- 1 lb flank steak, sliced thin
- 4 cups broccoli florets
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup soy sauce (low-sodium)
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 1 tbsp rice vinegar
- 1 tsp ginger, grated
- 1/2 tsp red pepper flakes
- 1 tbsp erythritol (or low-carb sweetener)
Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
- Add beef and cook until browned, about 3-4 minutes. Remove from skillet.
- Add broccoli to the skillet and stir-fry for 3-4 minutes until tender-crisp.
- Add garlic and ginger, cook for 30 seconds until fragrant.
- Return beef to the skillet.
- Mix soy sauce, sesame oil, rice vinegar, erythritol, and red pepper flakes in a bowl.
- Pour sauce over beef and broccoli, stir to coat evenly.
- Cook for 1-2 minutes until heated through.
Notes
- Slice beef against the grain for tenderness.
- Use fresh broccoli for best texture.
- Adjust red pepper flakes for desired spice level.
