A quick and flavorful Beef and Broccoli Bowl that combines tender beef with crisp broccoli in a savory sauce.
Ingredients

- 1 lb beef sirloin, thinly sliced
- 2 cups broccoli florets
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp oyster sauce
- 1 tbsp brown sugar
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp ginger, grated
- 1 tbsp vegetable oil
- 1/2 cup beef broth
- 1 tsp cornstarch
- 2 cups cooked rice
Instructions
- Heat oil in a pan over medium-high heat.
- Add beef and cook until browned, then remove from the pan.
- In the same pan, stir-fry garlic and ginger for 30 seconds.
- Add broccoli and cook for 2-3 minutes.
- Mix soy sauce, oyster sauce, brown sugar, beef broth, and cornstarch.
- Pour the sauce into the pan and bring to a simmer.
- Return the beef to the pan and stir to coat.
- Serve over rice.
Notes
- For extra spice, add red pepper flakes.
- Substitute chicken for beef if desired.
- Use low-sodium soy sauce for a healthier option.
