Ingredients

  • 1 lb beef sirloin, thinly sliced
  • 2 cups broccoli florets
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp oyster sauce
  • 1 tbsp brown sugar
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp ginger, grated
  • 1 tbsp vegetable oil
  • 1/2 cup beef broth
  • 1 tsp cornstarch
  • 2 cups cooked rice

Instructions

  1. Heat oil in a pan over medium-high heat.
  2. Add beef and cook until browned, then remove from the pan.
  3. In the same pan, stir-fry garlic and ginger for 30 seconds.
  4. Add broccoli and cook for 2-3 minutes.
  5. Mix soy sauce, oyster sauce, brown sugar, beef broth, and cornstarch.
  6. Pour the sauce into the pan and bring to a simmer.
  7. Return the beef to the pan and stir to coat.
  8. Serve over rice.
