Description

BBQ chicken quesadillas combine tender chicken, melted cheese, and smoky BBQ sauce in a crispy tortilla. Quick to make and perfect for a satisfying meal or snack.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
  • 4 large flour tortillas
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup BBQ sauce
  • 1/4 cup diced red onion
  • 2 tbsp chopped cilantro
  • 1 tbsp butter or oil

Instructions

  1. Heat a large skillet over medium heat.
  2. Spread BBQ sauce on one side of each tortilla.
  3. Layer chicken, cheese, red onion, and cilantro on half of each tortilla.
  4. Fold the tortilla in half and press gently.
