Ingredients

- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1/2 cup balsamic vinegar
- 1 tbsp honey
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1 tsp Dijon mustard
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a pan over medium-high heat.
- Season steak with salt and pepper.
- Sear steak for 3-4 minutes per side for medium-rare.
- Remove steak and let it rest.
- In the same pan, add balsamic vinegar, honey, garlic, and mustard.
- Simmer until the glaze thickens (about 3-4 minutes).
- Drizzle glaze over the steak before serving.
