Description
Crispy Brussels sprouts roasted with bacon and tossed in balsamic glaze.
Ingredients

- 1 lb Brussels sprouts, halved
- 4 slices bacon, chopped
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 2 tbsp balsamic glaze
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F.
- Toss Brussels sprouts with olive oil, salt, and pepper.
- Spread on baking sheet and roast for 20 minutes.
- Add chopped bacon and roast for another 10 minutes.
- Drizzle with balsamic glaze before serving.
Notes
- Trim stems and remove outer leaves before cooking.
- Adjust bacon quantity to taste.
- Glaze adds sweetness – reduce if preferred.
