Description

Ingredients

  • 1 lb Brussels sprouts, halved
  • 4 slices bacon, chopped
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 tbsp balsamic glaze
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F.
  2. Toss Brussels sprouts with olive oil, salt, and pepper.
  3. Spread on baking sheet and roast for 20 minutes.
  4. Add chopped bacon and roast for another 10 minutes.
  5. Drizzle with balsamic glaze before serving.
