Ingredients

- 2 salmon fillets (6 oz each)
- 2 tbsp unsalted butter, softened
- 1 tbsp capers, drained
- 1 tsp lemon zest
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a small bowl, mix butter, capers, lemon zest, lemon juice, garlic, salt, and pepper.
- Place salmon fillets on the baking sheet.
- Spread lemon-caper butter evenly over the salmon.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes or until salmon flakes easily.
- Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
