Description
This foil-baked salmon is tender, buttery, and layered with garlic, parmesan, and herbs—ready in just 20 minutes.
Ingredients
1 1/2 pounds salmon of choice
4 tablespoons butter, softened
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1 tablespoon olive oil
4 cloves garlic, minced
1/2 cup parmesan cheese, grated
1/2 teaspoon Italian seasoning
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped
Instructions
1. Preheat the oven to 425°F and line a baking sheet with foil.
2. In a bowl, mix butter, lemon juice, olive oil, garlic, parmesan, herbs, salt, and pepper.
3. Place salmon skin-side down on the foil and fold up edges slightly.
4. Spread the mixture evenly over the salmon.
5. Bake for 10–12 minutes until salmon flakes with a fork.
6. Broil for 1–2 minutes for a golden top.
7. Garnish with extra parsley and parmesan if desired.
Notes
Use fresh salmon for best results.
Don’t overbake—salmon should be juicy and flaky.
