- 6 large eggs
- 1/4 cup milk
- 1/2 cup diced ham
- 1/4 cup diced green bell pepper
- 1/4 cup diced onion
- 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1 tbsp butter
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, whisk eggs, milk, salt, and pepper.
- Melt butter in an oven-safe skillet over medium heat.
- Sauté ham, bell pepper, and onion for 3-4 minutes.
- Pour egg mixture over the sautéed ingredients.
- Sprinkle shredded cheese on top.
- Bake for 18-20 minutes until eggs are set.
- Let cool for 2 minutes before slicing.
Notes
- Use a nonstick or well-seasoned cast-iron skillet.
- Customize with mushrooms or spinach if desired.
- Leftovers can be refrigerated for up to 2 days.
