Description

Ingredients

  • 6 large eggs
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 1/2 cup diced ham
  • 1/4 cup diced green bell pepper
  • 1/4 cup diced onion
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tbsp butter

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a bowl, whisk eggs, milk, salt, and pepper.
  3. Melt butter in an oven-safe skillet over medium heat.
  4. Sauté ham, bell pepper, and onion for 3-4 minutes.
  5. Pour egg mixture over the sautéed ingredients.
  6. Sprinkle shredded cheese on top.
  7. Bake for 18-20 minutes until eggs are set.
  8. Let cool for 2 minutes before slicing.
