Description

Delicious baked cinnamon crumb donuts with a soft texture and sweet cinnamon topping.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 tbsp melted butter
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • For topping: 1/2 cup melted butter, 1/2 cup granulated sugar, 1 tbsp cinnamon

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F and grease a donut pan.
  2. Mix dry ingredients in a bowl.
  3. Whisk wet ingredients separately.
  4. Combine wet and dry ingredients until just mixed.
  5. Fill donut pan 3/4 full.
  6. Bake for 12-15 minutes.
  7. Mix topping ingredients in a bowl.
  8. Dip warm donuts in melted butter, then cinnamon sugar mixture.
