- 4 slices bread, cubed
- 2 apples, peeled and diced
- 3 eggs
- 1 cup milk
- 2 tbsp sugar
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 tbsp butter, melted
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Grease a muffin tin.
- Mix eggs, milk, sugar, cinnamon, and vanilla in a bowl.
- Add bread cubes and apples to the mixture.
- Let soak for 5 minutes.
- Spoon mixture into muffin cups.
- Bake for 25 minutes.
- Serve warm.
