- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp nutmeg
- 1/2 cup apple cider
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 1/4 cup melted butter
- 1 egg
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a donut pan.
- Mix flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt, cinnamon, and nutmeg in a bowl.
- In another bowl, whisk apple cider, milk, sugar, brown sugar, melted butter, egg, and vanilla.
- Combine wet and dry ingredients. Stir until smooth.
- Fill donut pan cavities 3/4 full.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Cool in pan for 5 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack.

- Use fresh apple cider for best flavor.
