Instructions
- Slice the bagel in half and toast it lightly.
- In a small bowl, mix the cream cheese, chives, dill, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper.
- Spread the herb cream cheese evenly on both halves of the toasted bagel.
- Serve immediately.
