Ingredients

- 1 ripe avocado
- 1 tbsp Greek yogurt

- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 whole wheat tortilla
- Handful of fresh spinach
Instructions
- Boil the eggs for 10 minutes, then cool and chop.
- Mash the avocado in a bowl and mix with Greek yogurt and lemon juice.
- Add chopped eggs, salt, and pepper, then mix well.
- Place spinach on the tortilla and spread the avocado-egg mixture evenly.
- Roll the tortilla tightly and cut in half before serving.
