- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 8 small flour tortillas
- 2 tbsp butter, melted
- 1/4 cup caramel sauce (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Mix apples, sugar, cinnamon, and lemon juice in a bowl.
- Spoon 2 tbsp apple mixture onto each tortilla and roll tightly.
- Place taquitos seam-side down on a baking sheet. Brush with melted butter.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes until golden and crispy.
- Drizzle with caramel sauce before serving if desired.
