Ingredients

- 1 lb ground turkey
- 1 small apple, grated
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1/4 tsp ground nutmeg
- 1/4 tsp ground ginger
- 1 tbsp maple syrup
- 1 tbsp olive oil
Instructions
- Mix all ingredients except olive oil in a bowl.
- Shape mixture into small patties.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
- Cook patties for 4-5 minutes per side until browned.
- Serve warm.

- Freeze uncooked patties for up to 1 month.
