Ingredients

- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 cup apple cider
- 1/4 cup melted butter
- 1 egg
- 1 tbsp ground cinnamon
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar
- 2 tbsp browned butter
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Mix flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt in a bowl.
- Add apple cider, melted butter, and egg. Stir until dough forms.
- Roll dough into a rectangle on a floured surface.
- Sprinkle cinnamon and brown sugar evenly over dough.
- Roll dough tightly and slice into 8 pieces.
- Place rolls in a greased pan and bake for 20 minutes.
- Mix powdered sugar and browned butter for icing.
- Drizzle icing over warm rolls before serving.
Notes
- For extra flavor, reduce apple cider before using.
- Let rolls cool slightly before icing to prevent melting.
- Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 2 days.
