Ingredients

  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 cup apple cider
  • 1/4 cup melted butter
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tbsp ground cinnamon
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 2 tbsp browned butter

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Mix flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt in a bowl.
  3. Add apple cider, melted butter, and egg. Stir until dough forms.
  4. Roll dough into a rectangle on a floured surface.
  5. Sprinkle cinnamon and brown sugar evenly over dough.
  6. Roll dough tightly and slice into 8 pieces.
  7. Place rolls in a greased pan and bake for 20 minutes.
  8. Mix powdered sugar and browned butter for icing.
  9. Drizzle icing over warm rolls before serving.
