Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Cream butter and powdered sugar until smooth.
- Mix in vanilla extract.
- Gradually add flour, almonds, and salt.
- Shape dough into 1-inch balls and place on baking sheets.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes until lightly golden.
- Cool slightly, then roll in powdered sugar.
- Cool completely and roll again in powdered sugar.
