A delicious oatmeal recipe inspired by the flavors of Almond Joy candy bars.
Ingredients

- 1 cup rolled oats
- 2 cups almond milk
- 2 tbsp cocoa powder
- 1 tbsp honey
- 1/4 cup shredded coconut
- 2 tbsp sliced almonds
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
- Pinch of salt
Instructions
- Combine oats, almond milk, cocoa powder, and salt in a saucepan.
- Cook over medium heat for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- Remove from heat and stir in honey, vanilla, and shredded coconut.
- Top with sliced almonds before serving.
Notes
- Use quick oats for faster cooking time.
- Adjust sweetness by adding more or less honey.
- Store leftovers in refrigerator for up to 2 days.
