Description
Crispy zucchini fries made in an air fryer, served with marinara sauce for dipping.
Ingredients

- 2 medium zucchinis, cut into fries
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp dried oregano
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1 egg, beaten
- 1/2 cup marinara sauce for serving
Instructions
- Preheat air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- Cut zucchinis into fry-shaped pieces.
- In a bowl, mix breadcrumbs, Parmesan, garlic powder, oregano, salt, and pepper.
- Dip zucchini fries in beaten egg, then coat with breadcrumb mixture.
- Place fries in air fryer basket in a single layer.
- Cook for 10-12 minutes, flipping halfway, until golden and crispy.
- Serve hot with marinara sauce.
Notes
- Use panko breadcrumbs for extra crunch.
- Do not overcrowd the air fryer basket.
- Pat zucchini dry before coating to help breading stick.
