- 12 large white or cremini mushrooms
- 1/2 cup cream cheese, softened
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
- 1 tsp fresh thyme, chopped
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1 tbsp olive oil
Instructions
- Clean mushrooms and remove stems.
- In a bowl, mix cream cheese, Parmesan, garlic, parsley, thyme, salt, and pepper.
- Stuff each mushroom with the cheese mixture.
- Preheat air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
- Lightly brush mushrooms with olive oil.
- Air fry for 8-10 minutes until golden and crispy.
- Serve warm.

- Use room-temperature cream cheese for easy mixing.
- Adjust herbs to your preference.
- For a crispier texture, spray mushrooms lightly with oil before air frying.
