Description

Crispy air-fried mushrooms stuffed with creamy herbed cheese, perfect as an appetizer or snack.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 12 large white or cremini mushrooms
  • 1/2 cup cream cheese, softened
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
  • 1 tsp fresh thyme, chopped
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1 tbsp olive oil

Instructions

  1. Clean mushrooms and remove stems.
  2. In a bowl, mix cream cheese, Parmesan, garlic, parsley, thyme, salt, and pepper.
  3. Stuff each mushroom with the cheese mixture.
  4. Preheat air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
  5. Lightly brush mushrooms with olive oil.
  6. Air fry for 8-10 minutes until golden and crispy.
  7. Serve warm.
