- 12 large white mushrooms
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 2 cloves garlic (minced)
- 2 tbsp chopped parsley
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
Instructions
- Clean mushrooms and remove stems.
- Mix breadcrumbs, parmesan, garlic, parsley, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
- Fill each mushroom cap with the mixture.
- Preheat air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
- Place mushrooms in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
- Cook for 8-10 minutes until golden and crispy.
- Serve warm.

- Use panko breadcrumbs for extra crunch.
- Add cream cheese for a creamier filling.
- Adjust cooking time if mushrooms are smaller.
