Description

Make crispy, flavorful stuffed mushrooms quickly using an air fryer. Perfect as an appetizer or snack.


Ingredients

  • 12 large white mushrooms
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 2 cloves garlic (minced)
  • 2 tbsp chopped parsley
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper

Instructions

  1. Clean mushrooms and remove stems.
  2. Mix breadcrumbs, parmesan, garlic, parsley, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
  3. Fill each mushroom cap with the mixture.
  4. Preheat air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
  5. Place mushrooms in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
  6. Cook for 8-10 minutes until golden and crispy.
  7. Serve warm.
