Description

- 12 mini bell peppers
- 1 cup crumbled feta cheese
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp dried oregano
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
Instructions
- Cut the tops off the mini peppers and remove seeds.
- Mix feta cheese, olive oil, oregano, and black pepper in a bowl.
- Stuff each pepper with the feta mixture.
- Preheat air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
- Place stuffed peppers in the air fryer basket.
- Cook for 8-10 minutes until peppers soften and cheese melts.
- Serve warm.

- Use firm mini peppers for easier stuffing.
- Add a pinch of red pepper flakes for extra heat.
