- 1 pound carrots, peeled and sliced into sticks
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 tablespoon maple syrup
- 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
- In a bowl, mix olive oil, maple syrup, Dijon mustard, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- Toss the carrot sticks in the mixture until evenly coated.
- Place the carrots in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
- Cook for 12-15 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through, until carrots are tender and slightly caramelized.
- Serve warm.
Notes
- For extra crispiness, cook for an additional 2-3 minutes.
- Adjust seasoning to taste.
