Description

Crispy and flavorful air fryer lemon pepper tilapia that’s quick and easy to make. Perfect for a healthy weeknight dinner.


Ingredients

  • 4 tilapia fillets (about 6 oz each)
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp lemon pepper seasoning
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 lemon, sliced
  • Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Pat the tilapia fillets dry with a paper towel.
  3. Brush both sides of the fillets with olive oil.
  4. Sprinkle lemon pepper seasoning, garlic powder, and salt evenly on both sides.
  5. Place the fillets in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
  6. Add lemon slices on top of the fillets.
  7. Air fry for 8-10 minutes, flipping halfway through, until the fish is golden and flakes easily with a fork.
  8. Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
