Ingredients

  • 1 large onion, sliced into rings
  • 1 cup gluten-free flour
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1 egg
  • 1/2 cup milk (or dairy-free alternative)
  • 1 cup gluten-free breadcrumbs
  • Cooking spray

Instructions

  1. Preheat air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Separate onion slices into rings.
  3. In a bowl, mix flour, salt, garlic powder, and paprika.
  4. In another bowl, whisk egg and milk.
  5. Dip each onion ring into the flour mix, then egg mix, then breadcrumbs.
  6. Place rings in air fryer basket in a single layer.
  7. Lightly spray with cooking oil.
  8. Cook for 8-10 minutes, flipping halfway.
  9. Serve immediately.
