Ingredients

- 2 large potatoes
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp dried rosemary
- 1 tsp dried thyme
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
Instructions
- Cut potatoes into wedges.
- Toss wedges with olive oil and seasonings.
- Preheat air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- Cook wedges for 15 minutes, shaking halfway.
- Serve hot.

- Soak cut potatoes in water for 30 minutes for crispier results.
